Job Description

We are looking for Project Managers with Regulatory Reporting background to join our client Project Management Department.
  • Plan the implementation of each project in detail, controls and monitors each project

  • Validate the final project plan and nominal allocation of resources in all organizational departments involved

  • Manage project team to achieve the objectives description and project needs of the beneficiary and the parties affected in order to elaborate the final document of specifications Business (Business & User Requirements)

  • Elaborate functional specifications based on business specifications and the feedback obtained from the Project Team

  • Identify, analyse and translate user needs for changes and new regulatory requirements of the international and national banks and other authorities

  • Ensure very good communication with internal/external contacts

  • Internal/external contacts: Other Project Managers, the business users and their representatives, Business Analysts and Developers for reporting tool

  • Give final approval for the functional part in order to put into production the IT applications for the current projects and coordinate Post Go Live production follow up



  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

  • At least 4 years of experience as Project Manager in Banking or Big Four Audit Companies

  • Previous experience with projects implementation in Banking on Regulatory Reporting areas (RWA, Basel III, FINREP/COREP)

  • Accounting and Financial background

  • Good understanding of IT projects methodology


  • Studies in Computers Science or Academy of Economic Studies (preferred Cybernetics, Finance or Accounting)


  • Good level of English – speaking and writing

  • Analytical skills, results and quality oriented, good communication skills

  • Coordination abilities and experience of interactions with multiple levels of decisions

  • Willing to work as a contractor (PFA/SRL)

Nice to have requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools
