Dr Daniel Dumitrescu & Dr. Diana Dumitrescu from European Center for Services Investments and Financing - ECSIF Ltd. have been invited by the London Stock Exchange to the Fintech Investor Forum on the 21st of March 2018. The half day event, sponsored by Taylor Wessing and with the support of Innovate Finance, highlighted the UK’s strength as a global fintech hub and feature the investment opportunities available to investors.This year, the London Stock Exchange has done something different. Previously, LSE aim was to introduce investors like ECSIF to the fintech industry and its verticals by showcasing the most exciting and ambitious fintech companies. As knowledge of the industry has grown and developed, LSE wanted to shift the focus to look on how london provides a unique listing venue for the most exciting fintech companies from arround the world, and present a showcase of leading private and public companies from some of the world's most exciting fintech hubs - China, Israel, North America and Turkey.
As investor in the fintech sector, the European Center for Services Investments and Financing - ECSIF Ltd., was impressed by the quality of the presented companies, naming just a few: Blender, eToro, Alipay Europe, Iyzico, Boku and GainX.
The event was parto of our European tour to identify the most promising innovative SMEs in Fin Tech, Energy Tech and Health Tech, in order to provide them with development services, consulting in finance or to invest in their growth. This innovative trading platform addresses the European NPLs challenge by using a complex algorithm to reduce their number through a case by case transaction activity. DebtX is part of the 2017 cohort of ECSIF EU acceleration program.
Natixis aquired PayPlug Labs that offer SMEs a next-generation payment system that will reduce software integration costs thanks to a state-of-the-art REST API, and provide low-touch fraud protection thanks to modern statistical algorithms and machine learning. PayPlug won an 1.750.000 Euro SME Instrument Phase II award.

Augmentum Fintech is a new fund investing in early-stage financial technology companies in the UK and wider Europe. The new company is acquiring Augmentum's existing investments in a portfolio of five fintech firms, including Seedrs, Zopa, Interactive Investor, BullionVault and SRL Global.
